CEC 2nd Annual Workshop on Electrochemistry
University of Texas at Austin, February 2010

"Mechanistic Electrochemistry and Electroanalysis"

February 6 - 7, 2010

Online Registration is now available.

The 2010 CEC Electrochemistry Workshop "Mechanistic Electrochemistry and Electroanalysis" will be held at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center on the University of Texas campus at Austin, Texas.

The Center For Electrochemistry (CEC) will host their 2nd annual electrochemistry workshop entitled “Mechanistic Electrochemistry and Electroanalysis.” This exclusive workshop, featuring scientists and researchers from top universities and national labs, will discuss cutting edge electrochemical science addressing issues with respect to the mechanisms of electron transfer which enables design and application of electrochemical concepts. For instance, electrochemistry is the foundation for chemical transducers and sensors and is poised to play an increasing role in the analysis of chemical and biological interfaces; and for the high-resolution study of ion/charge transport and dynamics, electron transfer, adsorption, and chemical toxicity. Several different perspectives will be presented from 11 experts over three days covering areas ranging from electrocatalysis, electrochemical sensors, and electroanalysis.

List of Speakers: The following speakers will be presenting at this conference:

Hector Abruna - Cornell University
